ABOUT US

Courtenay Sobral is the owner and lead mediator of Compassion Christian Mediation.  In 1996, Courtenay received a Juris Doctorate With Honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.  

For over 16 years, she  practiced law in a variety of areas, including employment, human resources, business, insurance, and education law.  She also worked as a pro bono attorney for abused, deprived and neglected children throughout the duration of law practice.

Having been blessed with five children of her own, she has become compassionate about peacefully resolving disputes in families.   

It is well known how hard, financially and emotionally, it can be to have a serious, unresolved disagreement and even more difficult to the parties when a case goes through a prolonged trial.
